Cause Description:
The Leadership Institute is a program designed to develop the leadership and work-maturity skills of urban middle school students. Two schools in Cleveland participate in the program at this time. The program has been functioning at LMMMS for 4 years now with proven results. We originated through foundation funding, but are trying to become totally self-supporting and would like to spread the program to other Cleveland middle schools and beyond.
