Project Help is a Christian organization dedicated to helping the under-resourced of Steuben County, Indiana. Our ministry was started by the Steuben County Ministerial Association in 1989 to have one place to meet the needs of lower income families in our community. Project Help serves approximately 2,000 Steuben County families annually with short term needs such as food, clothing, household items and more, and referrals to other social service agencies. Our families meet federal low-income requirements.Monthly supplemental food for low-income families. Distribution Center for clothing, household items, furniture, bedding, and appliances. Resource for information and referrals. Second Chance Resale Store where most clothing items are sold for $3 each, helping families that want to pay something but can’t afford department store prices. And a food pantry to help feed those that cannot even afford to get enough to eat.
