Cause Description:
Many of our young girls are in emergency and are trying to survive in a hostile environment. The Daughters of Esther’s Mentoring program initiates young girls to move forward to their next level of maturity and life skill competencies through the passing on of knowledge and tradition. This program mark the significant milestones in a young person’s development, initiating them into healthy, responsible adulthood through training, introspection, mentoring, service and more. In general, Daughters of Esther address issues such as goal setting, etiquette, career planning and community service from a biblical perspective. We present cultural and societal issues and then weave in the spiritual dimensions. To build friendships and support, our programs often include social activities, such as trips to the theater and community service projects .
