Mama Hope is a 501 c3 non profit formed in 2007 that funds and advocates for community organizations in the developing world struggling to meet basic needs for food, water, and health care. Our objective is to break the cycle of third world poverty by linking these effective, but resource poor, community based organizations with vibrant grassroots fundraising and technical ability in the developed world. Since 2007 Mama Hope funding has centered on Isiolo, Kenya where we have helped our partners build the only free health clinic in a region of 120,000 people. Our support has also provided clean water to three villages, and has established drip irrigation and education programs in the region.
