Cause Description:
Visiting Nursing Association (VNA) is a charitable home health care organization providing support for individuals regardless of their ability to pay. These services include pediatric care, nursing care, social services and rehabilitation services. VNA is involved in a number of programs that return services to the local community such as Breast Cancer Awareness Program, Flu and Pneumonia Prevention, and Caregiver Support Groups. We have immediate needs for assistance in the following areas: Pediatric Special assistance to purchase adaptive equipment for pediatric patients who are medically indigent or have limited resources...Post Mastectomy Services for breast forms for women who have survived breast cancer...and Patient Care Fund to provide units of personal care and respite services to those families who have no ability to pay for these essential services as they face the difficult challenges imposed by disease.
