Friends of the Shelter Purpose: 1. Prevent cruelty to animals by educatiing the public in the proper care of animals. 2. To ensure all animals entering the animal shelter are provided adequate living quarters, food, medical care, and whenever possible selective placement in qualified homes. 3. To ensure all adoptees are spayed or neutered, and promote spaying and neutering of pets within the community.
