Cause Description:
Our mission is to take women with little or no income, with or with out children, who have very little or no chance to improve their life and/or living conditions. We will provide a reasonably comfortable home with hot meals to women who have problems to such an extent that they cannot provide this for themselves or their children. We want to rehabilitate them from their problems, provide them with an academic or vocational education so they may acquire and hold a job, provide them life education and ongoing counseling so they are able to emerge as independent, self sufficient and productive members of society. We will also take in elderly women who can no longer afford to live on their own due to insufficient funds to support themselves. These women will be allowed to remain in the facility until they are in need of assisted living.
