Cause Description:
Provides a social day program for those with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. The program offers socialization, exercise, mental stimulation, art, music therapy and creative therapy. Dignity and compassion are paramount. We also provide support and resources to caregivers while giving them a respite from the 24-hour care of their loved one. We also provide a lending library, a speakers' bureau and educational programs to the community at large. We are a volunteer-driven non-profit organization.
