Shorehaven Health Center is a long term care facility providing high quality Christian care for seniors in Oconomowoc established in 1939 and is part of the Lutheran Homes of Oconomowoc (LHO) Corporation. Along with skilled nursing care,LHO provides independent living, assisted living, and adult day care on campus. To keep people independent and in the community, LHO offers outreach programs such as home delivered meals catering to specialized diets and "Helping Hands", a referral chore service designed for seniors who need help.
