Kitz and Katz Animal Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the cat over population through a discount spay/neuter certificate program and spay/neuter clinics. Kitz & Katz is run solely by volunteers. We provide spaying and neutering for pets, strays, and feral cats in the Hanover, PA area. In 2003 K&K was able to s/n over 500 cats with the dedication of our volunteers.
