Community School is the only Title 1 school in the district. This distinction indicates that more then 40% of our student families are considered low-income. While the district rate is 32% , the rate at Community School is 80%. These numbers are staggering and to help close the gapt, the Community School PTO is deduicated to fundraising throughout the year to supplement all field trips and enrichment opportunities.
