Cause Description:
Rescue Tails Animal Welfare is a Chicagoland 501c3 animal rescue We have been established since 2012. We believe in Valuing Every Life. We focus on those animals that are often bypassed in the shelters due to age, medical or special needs. We work with many paralyzed dogs and successfully get many mobile. For those we don’t get walking we provide wheelchairs and other aids. Ultimately, once we complete all medical care we look to find permanent homes for these animals. We also work to educate people to prevent relinquishing their pets with emphasis on medical options often not offered to them. Our goal is to reduce euthanasia and give support to the overlooked .
