OUR ORGANIZATION and its supporters are growing rapidly. Awareness and concern are also growing about the hundreds of thousands of pregnancies that drug addicts produce year after year. The cost to the taxpayer for each drug addicted birth is exorbitant (an average of one million dollars each), but the human costs, and the costs to society are immeasurable. Our objective is to offer effective preventive measures to reduce the tragedy of numerous drug affected pregnancies.
