Palomar Family Counseling Service, Inc. is a human services provider spearheading the development and expansion of Childnet©, a collaborative, integrated service delivery program that provides prevention and early intervention mental health services at 75 children’s outreach sites and links those sites to a continuum of community-based, high quality, affordable treatment and support services. Our mission is to strengthen families through professional counseling and working with local collaboration. To effect its mission, PFCS has structured activities in four main areas: 1)counseling, treatment and psychological services, 2) outreach child, youth and family community based services, 3) prevention services including education, mentoring, community childcare coordination, and 4)domestic violence response for batterers and victims.
