Horse Rescue and Surrender Organization. Help to fight Horse Abuse and Neglect in Tennessee. Offer loving and caring adoptive homes for horses that have been abused. We track these animals after induction to assure they are receiving proper care. Work with local Law Enforcement, Shelters and Public Individuals. Try to educate those who do not understand about proper horse care and management. Offer adoptive alternative homes for horses whose owners do not have time to care for them.
