HMF is an npo that serves the Tibetan Buddhist monastic communities and surrounding villages in Nepal, Northern India and Tibet. HMF sponsors 11 medical clinics, provides medical care, public health education, and sponsors construction of shower houses, solar heating and water purification systems. Through these efforts, HMF is relieving human suffering from illness and disease.
