Operation Pets Alive! is an all volunteer, non-profit 501 (c) 3 animal rescue organization based in The Woodlands, Texas. Our four life-saving programs, Community Cats, Spay and Neuter, Adoptions and Transport, are lifelines to the hundreds of at risk animals at risk in our community shelters and our community. We rescue over 3,000 animals per year and find them homes locally or transport them out of state where they are guaranteed adoption within days of arrival.
