Coalition for the Prevention of Animal Cruelty is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue based in Houston County Texas, networking closely with other state and county wide rescues to save and relocate animals. We are focused of exposing animal cruelty in our community, bringing those responsible to justice rehabilitating, fostering and rehoming abused and neglected animals. We have placed an emphasis on education through example and programs available to the public about the necessity of spay and neutering of animals. These programs provide information that will assist in reducing the numbers of animals in local shelters, abandoned on streets, puppy mills, and in abusive situations. Animal cruelty is an epidemic and education is the remedy.
