Cause Description:
Project Sweet Peas is a national non-profit organization coordinated by volunteers, who through personal experience have become passionate about providing support to families with infants in intensive care and to those who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss. Project Sweet Peas maintains close partnerships with hospitals nationwide to provide their patients and families with services to aid them throughout their stay. We are committed to offering care packages, peer-to-peer support, informational literature, hospital events and other resources that empower families as they endure life in the NICU. For those that will face the loss of an infant, we provide treasured keepsakes, support forums, candlelight vigils and other services that foster both healing and remembrance. Through our services, we give from our heart, to inspire families with the hope of tomorrow.
