Apply the Systems Engineering Process to the development of a Targeted, Effective and Efficient, Systematic Treatment Methodology (STM). The STM will provide the framework that consolidates and integrates the pieces of the cancer puzzle. It will facilitate the development of methodical and personalized treatments and cures for cancer and produce a Clinically Applicable STM that will we used to treat and cure people suffering from Cancer.
