Cause Description:
The Grapevine High School Ecology Club is known for working hard to earn money for great enviromental causes. This year the club is expanding on the 1995 project of supplying the town of Zambia with school supplies by raising money to take a trip to Zambia, to install a water well. The town has no running water, and is poverty stricken. In 1995 the Ecology Club donated Lion King school kits, and chalkboards Our ecology club has already raised enough money to build the well, now it is a matter of installing the well and exceeding the cost, so we can build more classrooms. The cause is not one for glory and recognition for us, but for the glory and recognition of a town's, and country's need for so many things that we as Americans take for granted. We hope with the help of others we can provide a town with an object that will be celebrated and forever appreciated. Thank you for your support!
