The Horse Sense Riding School is a lesson program like no other. Our lesson masters are senior rescue horses that we have gently rehabilitated. The lesson program teaches English and Western horseback riding lessons with a focus on giving beginners a great start in horsemanship. Horse Sense is all about building community and we proudly provide free and discounted lessons to groups like Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia NW, at-risk youth, and disabled youth, adults and the children of disabled adults. Horse Sense is more than just a place for horseback riding lessons - we hope to create a safe, inclusive and affordable community for people who want to enjoy horses and network with other like-minded individuals.
