The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training ® (TNT) is the world's largest endurance sports training program. TNT conditions athletes to run or walk a full or half marathon, complete a 100-mile (century) bicycle ride, complete a hiking adventure or triathlon in honor or memory of blood cancer patients and survivors. You don't have to be young, a great athlete, or even in terrific shape to join the team! By helping to raise funds for leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma research and patient services, participants will receive a personalized training program (complete with clinics and information on nutrition and hydration, form and equipment, and injury prevention). An experienced coach will guide you through a comprehensive four to six-month training program tailored to suit your abilities. Throughout your experience you will gain valuable team camaraderie and support from team members
