Cause Description:
The Midlothian Free Health Clinic began in March, 2008, in the building of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and provides basic primary health care and disease prevention for those in our community with no health insurance. Our clinic believes everyone has the right to quality medical care provided by health professionals who treat patients with dignity, respect and compassion. The clinic's staff consists of doctors, nurses and others who volunteer their time and experience twice a month to treat and care for patients who would not otherwise be able to obtain medical care. The clinic is run entirely on donations from the community and fundraisers.
