It is also the oversight board for the ARTisTREE District in Greensburg. It has a vision of "enriching imaginations...kindling hearts and cultivating a creative community." This all volunteer organization is governed by a board representative of the entire community. The group serves the primarily rural county of Decatur and its population base of 25,000. The largest community in the county and county seat is Greensburg, Indiana.
