Cause Description:
The PLWA Network was established in 1987 by HIV infected and affected persons. In February, 1988, the Network incorporated, and later was granted charitable status. (Corp# 290564, Charity# 0871897-09). We are primarily a self-help group which tries to expand options available to persons with HIV/AIDS to help battle thier illness, and to assist affected persons such as families, friends & partners. We promote positive and empowering attitudes that may increase the hope of everyone whom lives with HIV/AIDS.
