Cause Description:
The mission of The Pig Preserve Association is to assist in the rescue and/or placement of abused, neglected, abandoned or unwanted pigs of all breeds. Recognizing the diversity of the pig population in the United States, TPPA endeavors to rescue and place those pigs that can be suitably and safely placed in private homes as pets and to offer secure, high quality sanctuary space to those pigs who, for whatever reasons, are not adoptable. Additionally, TPPA serves as an educational resource and an outreach source for pig owners, veterinarians and rescue groups.
