The Exchange Club/Holland J. Stephens Center is a 501(c)3 child abuse prevention agency serving the Upper Cumberland region of Middle Tennessee since 1988. Our mission is to identify families with children age birth through 12 who are at-risk of child abuse and neglect and to prevent the abuse or neglect from ever happening the first time through the appropriate in-home visitation, group parenting, or community education program.
