Ashraya Initiative for Children (AIC) provides education, healthcare and housing for street children in Pune, India through its various programs. AIC seeks to foster the spirit of a family environment and nurture individual growth while promoting community values and cooperative interaction among program participants. The organization strives to provide the means for each childs positive re-integration into society with dignity and integrity, a sense of belonging and self-worth, as well as a strong dedication to social initiative, justice and responsibility.
