The Humane Society of Somerset County provides a temporary home for abused, neglected, abandoned and unwanted animals of Somerset County. We feed, provide medicine and a safe haven until they can be adopted into a loving home. We provide a Humane Officer to investigate complaints of abuse and neglect. We also promote spaying and neutering of dogs and cats. We are a private, non profit organization helping Somerset County since 1973. We accept animals from the public, the State Dog Warden, police officers and our Humane Officer.
