ML4 is a genetic disorder characterized by severe neurological and ophthalmologic abnormalities. ML4 usually presents in the first year of life with corneal opacities and delayed motor milestones. There is currently no treatment for this tragic disorder. The mission of the ML4 Foundation is to fund, promote and support medical research dedicated to developing effective treatments and ultimately a cure for this disease.
