Cause Description:
Greater Nashville Animal Welfare (GNAW) is working to educate Nashville about the dangers of tethering. Every year, children and adults are hurt by chained dogs, which are nearly 3 times more likely to bite than a dog that is kept inside with it's family. We are working to educate all pet owners about responsible pet care. GNAW has partnered with Brew Pups to present SPAY THE WAY, a local conference geared toward ending the euthanisia of healthy adoptable pets. All donations made between Oct 2006 and Mar 2008 will go toward this campaign unless otherwise designated. For more info visit www.spaytheway.org
