Youth Outlook, formerly known as Questioning Youth Center (QYC), is a not for profit organization operating social and educational drop-in centers for gay, lesbian, bi, trans and questioning youth. Youth Outlook also provides support and education to community organizations, advocates for the rights of LGBT youth and does grassroots organizing and coalition building in our service area.
