House of Dreams is a no-kill cageless cat shelter in Portland, Oregon. We are the only free roam shelter in Portland, and are one of two shelters that also has feline leukemia positive kitties. Our mission is to find loving, responsible homes for our kitties with the policy being that they are indoor only companions. All our cats have been spayed or neutered and are current on all vaccinations.
