Rocky Mountain Mutual Housing Association, Inc. is a partnership organization of local community and resident members that develops, owns and manages permanently affordable housing and provides related services for low- and moderate-income residents. Our work goes beyond physical housing -- our ultimate goal is to provide opportunities to help people lead more fulfilling lives and, in turn, strengthen the communities in which they live. To accomplish this, The Mutual provides safe, well-managed, quality affordable housing, coupled with leadership programs that encourage residents to participate in their communities. Grassroots leadership blooms in this housing model, and individuals, families and the neighborhood benefit from the stability and opportunities that mutual housing communities provide.
