Animal Umbrella is dedicated to the rescue, care and adoption of abandoned and feral cats/kittens. We believe in rehabilitation not destruction and make a special effort to find homes for "highly unadoptable" animals due to handicap, injury, age feral status (after being socialized) FIV or FELV positive. We promote/provide low cost spay/neuter program for low income pet owners.
