Rescue, care of and adoption of abandoned/unwanted cats and kittens; emphasis on older, special needs and/or feral cats; no shelter - foster homes only; provision of free/low cost spay-neuter and extra-ordinary veterinary care, as funds permit, to those who cannot afford it; education; providing training to accomplish trap/neuter/return of feral cats. 501-c-3 being applied for; organization has operated since April 1995; no paid employees - all volunteer; no-kill (we do not euthanize unless everything possible has been done - bearing in mind quality of life and taking into consideration what the cat is comfortable with, and then only if kitty is suffering and unlikely to recover).
