The mission of So Shim Sa Zen Center is to provide a platform for the practice and propagation of Zen Buddhism by offering programs and services for spiritual practice and religious study. Furthermore, since our concern is for “all living beings” and the totality of life, we indiscriminately deal not only with the spiritual but also the psychological, and physiological aspects of day-to-day living. To this end, we provide wellness, educational and community service programs with genuine hope of improving the overall quality of life and wellbeing of others.
