ENCOMPASS is a 501(c)3, tax-exempt, non-profit organization that provides transformational youth development programs to adolescents in California. Created in 2004, ENCOMPASS is currently located in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles. ENCOMPASS is committed to youth by offering interactive programs that increase self-respect, mutual respect and the valuing of differences. Program outcomes include increased compassion, a stronger sense of personal responsibility, a passion for social justice and life long dedication to community service. In addition to direct services, the organization maximizes its impact on California youth by offering customized training and technical assistance to other youth service professionals and non- profits organizations.
