We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation organized to promote the humane treatment of animals; to promote responsible ownership, care and treatment of all pets by their owners; to encourage spaying and neutering of pets by their owners; to provide financial assistance when needed for spaying and neutering; to provide emergency shelter and adoption services for stray animals; to provide educational services designed to foster better animal-human community relationships; and to support legislation for the humane treatment of animals.
