Wings stands for Wisdom, Integrity, New Ideas, Growth and Success. These are things we help our participants develop. Our therapy partners are our rescued and homeless horses. The Wings Programs Inc, located in Western Montana, helps horses needing homes with care, feed, and rehabilitation. We also have a few sanctuary horses living out their golden years here. Wings also offers pro bono Equine Assisted Growth, Learning and Therapy programs to veterans and those benefiting from emotional support animal interactions.

Luisa Ortiz, founder and CEO of Sister of N.E.W., worked for nearly ten years in the construction trades in New York City. She recently dropped us a note about her iGive Cause:
“The Sister of N.E.W. Corporation (Non-Traditional Employment for Women) has developed an innovative initiative for providing apprenticeship, and training in nontraditional occupations for female veterans, low income women, and women on welfare. Our focus is on developing workforce opportunities and empowering women to gain industry knowledge and employment opportunities, facilitating the ability to leave the public assistance system, or begin a career that offers higher wages and is more sustainable. Sister of N.E.W. Corp (a non-profit corporation) will be uniquely positioned to help Unions, contractors and developers employ more trades women. Sister of N.E.W. Corp will improve Florida’s Construction industry workforce by preparing reliable, motivated individuals for the skilled trades. ”
